Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, expansive windows, a state-of-the-art sound system, unique art installations with detailed accent pieces, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. The listed rates are for photo shoots, film shoots, meetings, and workshops for 8-hours. The restrooms are stocked with hand soap and hand sanitizer as well. - We have a licensed cleaning company that cleans the venue after each event. Every part of our venue is completely cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected.
