Exquisite, modern, multi-functional showrooms located in the heart of Midtown directly opposite the Empire State Building. Showrooms have highly finished walls and floors, with large south and east facing windows allowing natural light into them. Perfect for model fashion shows, in-market meetings, offsite meetings and much more. There is a fitting room area for model changes or back-stage production. The two showrooms are available to rent, either together or separately. The first room is approximately 600 sq ft at the rate of $1,200 per day, the second is approximately 300 sq ft at the rate of $600 per day. There is a discounted rate of $1,500 for both showrooms. Hourly rental prices are available on request. Rental hours are between 9am - 6pm during the week. Access to the showrooms before 9am is an option if required. Showrooms are located on the 11th floor, accessible via the building elevator. Amenities include: Bathroom access, use of the kitchen, Wi-Fi, conference tables, fitting room, hang rails on the walls and portable racks. Please note a Certificate of Insurance is required prior to the rental start date.
