The main room of 80 sq m boasts a large glass frontage which invites a window display and ample natural light. This space has a cool industrial feel with concrete flooring, neon lighting and exposed pipes along the ceiling. The two riverside terraces of 60 and 12 sq m provide a beautiful outside space to this urban building. Facilities include a kitchen, Wi-Fi, furniture and a projector.
